Hi Families,
Ms. Gentley finished her second
week of solo teaching. The students learned so much about plants and
seeds and what they need to survive. I tried to capture some of her lessons by taking pictures of the events. Last Friday, Meghan Martin, from Farm to
School, came to plant flowers with us. She also did some movement
activities to show us how seeds travel and get planted in other places. She returned one last time this past Friday to make salsa with our class. We invited Mrs. Bergstrom's class to join us. The students also did an integrated arts project showcasing the parts of the
plant. We hope you enjoy the pictures we have posted below the Events
section!
