Families,
We have
reached another school vacation! Today the students took home a
folder or envelope with books inside. They
should not return home reading books tomorrow. Please encourage your student to
read over the break. In this folder, you will find multiple books
for reading. Students are obviously not limited to these books, but
are encouraged to read many different kinds over the break. We have
provided a winter break challenge for the students that includes such things as
writing numbers and practicing snap words. Students are encouraged
to color in one mug for each activity they complete. The challenge
sheet should be returned with the books on the first day
back. Students participating in this will receive
something special. Thanks for all of your help with this and Happy
